Delete Account
You can permanently delete your Tropical Fruit Smash account and the data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in credentials
- Game progress, levels completed, scores, and stats
- In-app currency balances and purchase history records (purchase receipts may be retained by Google Play as required by law)
- Friends list, in-game messages, and preferences
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required by law, for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or to enforce our Terms. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you may also be kept.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open Tropical Fruit Smash on your device.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is removed immediately and the request is processed within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
